Software license

The free PriceProof plugin is licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 or later. PriceProof Pro is licensed under the GNU General Public License v3 or later; it includes the Freemius WordPress SDK. The GPL gives you the right to use, study, modify and redistribute the code. What you pay for is the license key that unlocks updates and support for the number of sites in your plan, not the code itself.

Subscription, price and renewal

PriceProof Pro is a yearly subscription: €59 per year for one shop or €129 per year for up to five shops, excluding VAT where applicable. Payments are processed by Freemius, Inc. as merchant of record, which issues your invoice and handles VAT. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each term unless you cancel it in your Freemius account before the renewal date. After expiry the installed plugin keeps working; updates and support stop until you renew.

Refunds

You can request a full refund within 14 days of the first purchase, no questions asked, by e-mailing the support address or through your Freemius account. Renewals can be refunded within 14 days if the new term has not been used.

Support

Pro customers receive e-mail support for installing, configuring and using the plugin during an active subscription. We aim to respond within one business day. Support does not include custom development, theme conflicts caused by third-party code, or legal advice.

No legal advice

PriceProof helps you apply price-reduction rules and documents price history. It is a tool, not legal advice, and it does not guarantee compliance with the law of any member state. You remain responsible for the prices you publish and for checking the guidance of your national consumer authority.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the seller's liability for any claim related to the software or these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the twelve months before the claim. The software is provided without warranty beyond what the GPL and mandatory consumer law require.

Changes

We may update these terms for future purchases and renewals. The version in force when you buy or renew applies to that term.
